Pricing:

If you arefamiliar with the Physical Commodities Market, then you know thatprices fluctuate DAILY, and that prices depend upon many variablefactors. We cannot give quote without knowing these many variabledetails of buyer's desired terms and conditions, as submitted infreshly dated, signed, official Letter of Intent on buyer's letterhead,no more than 2 days old, and containing all details for said sugarpurchase as per our procedures. Not only do sugar prices fluctuatedaily, but prices quoted are ENTIRELY dependent upon the many variablefactors detailed by buyer.

PAYMENT:

Oursuppliers accept the following methods of payment: Prime BankGuarantees (BG), Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC), Fully Funded DirectLetter of Credit (DLC) or Cash Wire Transfer (T/T) are acceptable. Inall cases, the financial instrument must be issued or guaranteed by aTop 25 world bank. Letters of credit must be transferable, divisible,and payable on sight. If the sugar is to be shipped in installments,then the letter of credit must revolve to cover each subsequentshipment.

Neither non transferable letters of credit and revocable letters of credit will be accepted as payment.

Paymentbecomes due upon delivery (however there is a guarantee in place inform of Stand by Letter of Credit way before first shipment takesplace).

PLEASE NOTE:

Financialinformation must be consistent with issuer of the LOI. Only Buyersand/or their Authorized-with-Signature, Power-of-Attorney Mandates areauthorized to issue LOI + BCL and sign all necessary documentsincluding Contract + opening of L/C in Seller's Favour. We do notaccept LOIs issued by agents or brokers "on behalf of buyer".
